im 16 and I do flutter kicks run and push ups and sit ups but i cant get rid of so fat over my abs please help

Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym.

u need to eat a leaner diet, more protien and less carbs, do cardio and heavy weights so u can build more muscle. the more Muscle u have the more calories you will burn in general. For abs u need to have a low body fat and u need to do weighted ab work outs.
