Do you have a blackheart board or the stock ion one? The stock Smart Parts boards are notorious for their lack of ABS (anti-bolt stick). On a spool, you essentially need an extra long dwell to be used when the marker has not been fired recently. If you don't have ABS, your kind of issue can happen.

If you have a blackheart board, up the ABS setting...or even the dwell a little as well.

If bolt stick is indeed your issue, and not a result of a lubrication/oring fault, then I don't think there is much you can do if your board is junk.

so should i get a blackheart or virtue board or sell it and get a new marker?

Try upping your dwell a bit.

No. He should attempt every possible solution without spending money, if no solution arises, then he should try the next least expensive option.
