Football is back! Might as well revive the thread! I took everyone off(due to long in-activity) and am starting from scratch in the OP. Oh, and I might as well clarify for you Europeans that this is American football, sorry!

Hey guys, if you play football for a team (school, or any organized league) come join the club! This is a club of people who aren't afraid to get stronger, aren't afraid to hit, and just love the sport of football!

Rules:
No trolling
No flaming
All techpb rules apply
You MUST play football in some kind of organized league to join. No backyard playing with friends. No exceptions. Sorry!
Off topic is allowed, but we are not a off topic only club.

yea, the pain really goes on and off. sometimes i will barley notice it, then the next i can't even move my leg.

it's not gonna get completely better unless i lay off it for a couple of weeks. and that is not happening.

to my coaches nothing is an injury unless it broken <_<

and if i sit out i seriously risk losing my starting spots. ill tough it out, im used to it.

Oh. well, Hopefully it doesn't get too bad. You'll probably be fine though :P

We've already had like 3 or 4 people have concussions though. The first game of the season is tomorrow too.. XD

i was close to having a concussion yesterday.

our lineman coach really fucked up the pulling drill. he put it as basically the people coming into the hole would have like a 15 foot running start, and the guard that is pulling would have about a 3 feet running start. so the guard is basically a sitting duck.

well since i play guard i got fucked up pretty bad. and i had to do it twice in a row.

yea after i did it the 2nd time, and looked like i was about to pass out, i had to tell him what was wrong with it still.


but yea, shit happens. :)


last yea when i played HS shit like that happened alot, but those coaches are dicks.
