Tech PB Official Minecraft Server? Is there such a thing?

Not quite sure that there is a "official server" but I know that Kitty plays on. superfuntime.org which I also play on and maybe if I ever have the time in the next few weeks ill try to make one for TechPB :)

One of the mods here has a server he lets us play on. It's not always up and I haven't been on it for months. Check in the minecraft players club.

I used to run a server for Kitty but haven't put it up in quite a while. There's plenty of other places to play though.
