So I'm looking to getting a new pack. All I got right now is a nxe 4+1 pack and it needs to go. I kinda wanna get away from nxe to try something different. And I've looked at them all. And I mean all. Valken, proto, dye, empire, sly, critical, lysk, nxe, planet eclipse and whatever else there is. I'm leaning towards the lysk pack. But some input from fellow paintballers never hurt. To me all the standard velcro packs are the same. The higher end ones that is. All have pod ejection, all have the double waistband, all have padding (which my nxe doesn't!). Some packs I know have other little things added to them like the Valken line up has some bounce material and the dye packs decompress themselves but that's about it. The lysk pack stands alone and I want to try something different. But I'm open to suggestions!

I just got a Critical Stealth. Its much more comfortable then my NXE. I haven't played in it yet, but my testing hasn't shown anything that would be a problem.

LYSK or Critical stealth pack. I like the Dye attack pack but its wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to overpriced.

I am not sure if they still make nxe packs. Newest ones i have found are 2010 elevation packs which are decent packs dont get me wrong. I have a buddy that has one and keeps telling me to get one. Keeghan, do pods fall out of the pack at all? i have watched videos on the lysk pack and from what i saw it looks like it would hold a pod in there pretty well. And Andrew i also like the dye attack pack. But the thing is, with that pack yes its expensive but when you pull out a pod, the pack instantly decompresses itself. Which gives you a smaller profile but also makes it impossible to throw a pod back in. I dont like throwing my pods when i reload. I play a lot of woodsball/hyper ball and they would get stolen most likely. It is a nice pack though dont get me wrong
