proto 08 pants sizing help. i need help plz.

alright so im 5' 8" 210 lbs and wear a 38 in jeans and i was looking at 08 proto pants and im not sure what size to get im thinking xl but cld someone who has worn them or own them give me a heads up. BTW these are my first pants.... Thx im pretty sure this is the right section.

Around the waste they will fit fine but you will have to hem the legs becuase there gonna be long
