I recently received a DP E1 for my B-Day and I was wondering what hopper I should get that would be able to keep up the marker. I'm just a poor teenager with no job, so the cheapest option that works would be nice. Also, I have no idea what size/brand of tank to get. Please help!

No need to be a bitch, but yeah he clearly did NOT read your original post.

Anyways, you are on a tight budget. As such, you should be in the market for a used carbon fiber 68/4500 tank (craigslist/ebay). Be certain that it is at least less than 10 years old (15 yr tank life, this way you can get a full hydro of 5 yrs on this tank at a minimum). Being in-hydro is nice too. As for tank brand, Ninja is typically preferred. You have to be flexible in considering used though. -- If you buy new, I would recommend Ninja as new prices are similar all around...thus get the best.

As for a tight budget hopper, original style Halo/Vlocity (if you can find one) is most likely the ticket. Superloaders are actually worth it...but I understand if you can not. You may be able to find a used Pinokio that fits your budget as well.

No need to be dick, especially if you are asking for advice, just for future reference.

And for a loader, the E1 has a stove pipe feedneck, therefor, I would not put any money into a loader.

Track down a Vlocity as they can be had for really cheap and will fit your feedneck. Once you have that, put one of the new chips into it as they, again, can be had really cheap. Vlocity, $30, chip, $10 = $40 for a great loader. Still prefer my rotor, but I wouldn't think twice about going into a tournament with one of my Vlocities.

Grab a used 68/4500 as the E1 eats air pretty fast so don't go for something smaller.

The E1 is a good little shooter and with these two items, you will be able to keep up with just about anything on the field.

Edit: As a side note, if you have the money you can get a pinokio and a compatible clamping feedneck for a bit over $100 new from ans right now.

You're not your job. You're not how much money you have in the bank. You're not the car you drive. You're not the contents of your wallet. You're not your fucking khakis. You're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world.

a used vlocity and probaby a steally would be the cheapest way to go. I bought my vlocitys for 25 a peice and its a great loader. But i wouldn't recommend a steally. Check the bst for a used tank it possible to find them an where from 70 100 which isnt too bad.

I'd suggest a Valken V-Max and since the E1 can only use compressed air then get a 48ci 3000psi basic steel tank.

Ok everyone, thanks for the help! I just ordered a Vlocity and I'm scouring ebay/cragslist for a tank. BTW, didn't mean to come off as a dick, I wasn't thinking that sarcasm doesn't work in text. Thanks every1!
