Has anyone dealt with paintballdelivery.com before? I have been trying to get them to
update me on the status of one of my orders, but haven't gotten any reply yet.

I made the two orders seperately. One is with USPS and on its way already. On
paintballdelivery.com, the status of my other order is stated as "awaiting fulfillment"
since 30 April. I made payment using PayPal. The payment for pending oder was already held
back by my bank.

All correspondance with them were via email. I am unable to call as I am abroad. I have
sent two emails since my order. What's going on with them?

I've never even heard of them before.

I would be worried if I were you.

No phone number, and their "address" appears to be a empty lot in the middle of a subdivision.

the no phone number and empty lot does seem fishy. but they have a very well put together site, fair prices and a pretty large fb following (if that means anything).<br class="Apple-interchange-newline">

I've dealt with them just recently.

They seem to be having issues in regards to re-location, which causes problems in how they handle their transactions.

Best of luck, because it seems they are really slow i replying as a result. It took 2 weeks for them to answer a correct an issue with my order and another 2 weeks to actually try and send it to the point I just gave up and asked for a refund.

That said, they agree to it so they're not that bad but again it's best to avoid them for now until they get back up properly.

The cost of my purchase is "withdrawn" by PayPal and I suppose it will be wired to paintballdelivery's (PBD) account
once PBD have the status of my item updated to "shipped".

Not sure exactly how PayPal works and that's just my guess of where my money is at right now.

I managed to speak to a representative via the live chat function on their site. The representative said
that my order is no longer in stock

Couldn't they have just informed me right from the start? I placed my order on 30 Apr and you're only telling
me now that you are unable to fulfill it?

Don't these guys have initiative?

After more than a week my order is finally listed as "shipped"! Was kinda disappointed that they did not even
apologise.

Best thing you can do is relate your experience to others and not support them with your business.

Bringing back an old thread but wanted to clear some things up.

The site was purchased and moved in March of 2012 under new ownership. There were a few month were customer service and shipping was lagging during the transition stages. Since the site has been going strong and we have fixed all the issues there may have been. I would like to apologize for any past experiences.

I will give you guys a coupon for 10.00 off shipping on any orders over 25.00. Coupon code: techpb Should give you free shipping basically. Don't forget all orders over 99.00 already receive free shipping. Also orders placed will receive store credit for future purchases based on a percentage depending on the items ordered.

Yeah, I had a really terrible experience with Paintball Delivery. I got a wrong part and it took literally 6 months to rectify. With no phone number, I just kept emailing until i got a response. It would take a week or 2 between replies and then some new person would get in on my situation and then i'd have to explain my story again.

One thing that bugs me is that, everyone has a smart phone with data plan these days. if you own a business, it's freaking mandatory if you have a contact me here email address. Please answer your emails at a timely matter or something. Make it your prerogative to answer emails. It's even more important for small businesses to be responsive to customers. My issue, had there been someone checking their email or had a phone number to call, would have fixed it and I'd be happy. But because of my experience, I will not shop at pbdelivery again even though I want to buy things from them.

oh yeah, they ran out of stock on my item as well.

anyways, i got a replacement but I'm still not happy at what happend. You have to make it right for me because I didn't screw up. YOU have to fix it for me.
