There is a 30,70, and 100$ version with 3 payments. So is the 300$ one worth it?

if you do it like youre suppose to youll be really cut up.
p90x will get you swole has alot of weight work outs in it.

Insanity what I used once will get you super toned and is more of a cardio intense workout.

They work good just have to really commit yourself in doing it. thats the hardest thing about it.

Yes, they will work VERY well

But the secret is the diet. 90% of your results will be based on how carefully you follow the nutrition plan, NOT the workout.

I actually recommend when starting, to JUST do the nutrition plan for the first two week. Learn how to cook and prepare the food, learn how to shop properly, get your body used to the new nutrition plan. Just following the nutrition plan alone will cause you to loose weight and start feeling better. Once you get the nutrition plan down, start doing the workouts. Stick with it, it'll pay off at the end.

Everyone's results are different, but you be a stronger, learner person after the 3 months.

Diet is 90% of your success, working out is the easy part

Not a bad workout. I have the beach body insanity workout also. Pretty good if your somewhat already involved with exercising. Bad to just jump into it unfit. Might hurt yourself lol. Me personally i need a higher motivation than videos i need a second person or trainer.

I use some insanity workouts occasionally and their pretty awesome their all high intensity cardio and body weight calisthenics which is awesome because it means you need nothing else except yourself the dvd's and motivation. Plus its cheaper and shorter then p90x.
