Like on a vest?

If not I would suggest a cycling hydration bag to carry your water.

Size wise, I picked up a 70 ounce last year. 70 oz is about 2 liters. It fits great above my pod pack (I'm 5'10"). The brand I bought is Hydrapak. I bought it on Ebay for like $20 and it was new (good deal). However, I checked out the Camelbaks and the 70 oz version would work fine too, they were just more money.

As a note- if you have a vest, Osprey hydration bladders are awesome as they have a 'backbone' to keep it from collapsing in the pocket and a nice magnetic clip to hold the straw on the front of your vest.

Stop worrying about how you look, and start worrying about how you play. Get out on the field and play paintball the best you can, not stand at home in front of a mirror trying to figure out if your jersey matches your eyes.
