what is so great about freak berrels? and will freak backs fit all American fronts?

The advantage of a Freak barrel is the insert system. this allows for a rapid and easy change of bore sizes. Plus, if you get a gun that has different barrel threads, all you need is a new back and the rest of the kit carries over. and any Freak or All American front will fit any freak back.

and thankfully ANSgear has them in a bunch of colors that actually match a lot of the markers they sell now

the aa front with spiral porting is known to be one of the quietest barrels available for a barrel kit next to the deadlywinds fibur which takes freak inserts. The AA spiral front has an absurdly large amount of porting.

which would you recomend the spiral or the aa? and with the all american back fit the freak front or freak back fit the all american front?

Both, but the All American backs aren't made anymore.
