How long can my sig be?
I can't add anything other than what is already in my signature w/o getting an error telling me I exceeded my allowed lenth. I'm a little confused by this becaus I've seen people with a picture, 5 links and way more text

It is the overall length of characters, including [ and = and http an all of that. You have a lot of links. 
Try using www.tinyurl.com to shorten them down.
