What was your final agreement as far as payment schedule goes?

What is the total price to be paid to the seller?

Am I holding onto the first MO or sending it out as soon as I get it?

Is the seller shipping the marker once item is paid in full?

The payment schedule is a 2 payment schedule. A $60 first payment, and a $300 final payment. The first $60 will be purchased and mailed by Monday, January 10th. The final $300 will be purchased and mailed by Monday, February 21st.

The total price is $360 including shipping, tracking, and insurance.

Both the first and final money orders may be released immediately.

I assume the marker will be shipped within 3 business days of recipt of final payment, and a tracking number sent

To make sure everything is clear, I want the 3rd party mainly to prevent a "But you never paid me!" kind of situation. There isn't a good way to track money orders, so this is my tracking system. On paintball0531's end it is up to him whether he wants an inspection before I recieve it. He's pretty much covered since it is new and not used, so most problems would not be his fault anyway. I will pay the 3rd party fees at the same time as the first $60.

i agree with all the terms, once the last payment is recieved the marker will be shipped within 3 days as stated above with tacking and insurance.

I recieved the item today, but noticed some wear on it, which is unusual for a new item.

Those black marks are NOT wear they are from the black plastic packaging that the gun comes in wipe them with a cloth

Thanks, they did come off with a little elbow grease. I just was a little concerned, with the marks and it being on PSP 3 shot when I turned it on.
