VIbe board issue? NO 3 round burst or full auto?

So I recently purchaced a Smart Parts Vibe, ive seen videos on youtube of stock Vibes that whne you turn it on, you can cycle through semi, 3 round burst and full auto. And all those modes have blinking lights, yet when i turn mine on, all that happenes is its in the solid red light and nothing else?So im assumimng its a board problem.. its only a problem in the short run since evntually ill upgrade to the Blackheart board, but i want my stock board to still work normally...

Ideas?

Whoops, wrong section? can a mod move this to the Tech Studio/Gun tech room into the proper section?

from a quick google search. that helped alot.. So i just found my answer..I guess mods can close this.
