I just want to write a quick review of my experience with a company, Zephyr Paintball. My experience with them was flawless and I definitely will buy from them again, because I know they are gonna take care of their customers.

I bought an Azodin Blitz Evo (STAY AWAY!!) through Amazon from Zephyr, it got here fast for free shipping, only about 5 days. I got it, took it out of the box, hooked up air and paint to it, and TRIED to shoot it. It was defective, and it wouldn't shoot.

I got online and looked at their return policy, which said that I would have to take it up with the manufacturer, and that it isn't their fault, its Azodin's fault.

It turns out that Azodin WENT OUT OF BUSINESS!! So by this point, I pretty much thought that I was screwed.

I called their customer service and I talked to tech and they did some troubleshooting, but the gun was still acting up. So after they tried, they directed me to a guy named Chris Chavez in the Returns Dept. (This guy was a HUGE help getting this whole situation straightened out). He told me to send it in and tech would take a look at it. I also asked if i could get in-store credit to buy something else, and he said it would depend on the working status of the returned gun.

I got it packed and sent it out. When it got there, Chris called me immediately and started setting up a gift card for in-store credit. I was amazed at how fast they called me and issued me a store credit for the full price of the gun.

After I had my gift card code, Chris started giving me some very helpful suggestions on my next gun. I ended up getting an eCTCY. It got it here fast and it works great so far.

Zephyr Paintball definitely scored a 5 out of 5 stars across the board. The tech was easy to talk to, Chris was VERY helpful. They just have great, solid customer service and they were very fast in shipping me a new product when the first one was defective.


DO NOT take this that they will help you when you take their product out for a week and bang it around! Make sure it is fair to them as it is too you, otherwise your just being a douche.

That said, I never had a problem using Zephyr. Always fast shippers and solid Customer Support. Glad everything worked out well for you.
