First of all - where did you get that photo of my girlfriend for your avatar?

Second - how does a thread become "Official"

-----------------------------------------

crossfire regs are awsome!! I had a cheap ass Pure energy 48/3000 tank and was getting MAJOR shootdown at high ROFS. I bought a crossfire reg on e-bay and it totally cured the problem!!

My only complaint would be I had to buy used - I would like to have bought a reg direct from crossfire - but they wouldn't sell me one without fitting it to my tank themselves (boooo!)

I don't know why - CP and Guerilla Air both sell regs on there own.

I've got a Skull 70/45 and its incrediable. Used to have a steely 72/30 and this thing nukes that in competition. It's really small(in length) and comfortable. Feels great when I have it on a marker. Has small size like I said without sacrificing air amount since it's a "stubby" design, and isn't to awfully bad priced for being a fiber wrapped tank. I know that if I ever want to pick up a new or extra tank I'll probably be checking back with Crossfire.

I love their older tanks, the "bricks" if you will.

From what I have found myself and heard from many people, the quality control today is nto what it was in the good ole' days.

Before it was not uncommon for the recharge rate of their regulators to be 8-14 ms, which is quick. But now it has been found that sometimes it can be 200 ms to completely recharge.

Or worse yet, the output pressures are through the roof. Some marked as "LP" will output 650 psi, that's mid pressure (MP). Or some markerd HP, will output somewhere from 900-1100 psi, good for mags, but not for many other markers.

These are great tanks but I can't stand how huge the guage is. 70/45 stubby FTW!

I second that :) Got a CF 70/45 myself... (stubby/peanut) They are kind of hard to get hold of here in Norway though..

Bad, had my burst dist blow 3 times. The most recent time the threads of my tank were twisted. Also it is not leaking. I am $30 just in shipping this tank when it is crossfires fault.

The new 68 is actually smaller than the new 70!!!!!!!!!! And is a little cheaper. Check the site for Weights and Dimensions. I got one coming in the mail. They sell just the Tank without the Reg too if you ask. I'm puttin a Myth on it.

Just make sure to read carefully on websites to see if the weight and dimensions include the bottle AND the reg. BTW Crossfire has amazing customer service.
