Possibly make people pay before they are made? That way you can see how many people actually want them.

I think i would like it better if the patch said "woodsball" on the ribbon instead of milsim. Woodsball encompass nearly everyone who playes paintball (except the strictly speed ball people which wouldn't want a military looking patch anyway) but milsim narrows that down considerably. Many of us love woodsball but are not die hard milsim players.

Prepaying and in large batches are definitely the way to go. Not sure how that's going to work out with multiple designs though. Maybe offer multiple designs and once a certain limit is met, then the order will be placed for that particular patch.

Ya it looks like if were gonna get em done that's how it's gonna have to go. Shit's not cheap. They would either be 75-100% embroidery which means they are in the higher price range, and if you want a military looking patch in size it's gonna be in the 7.5 inch area which means to get the price below $6 I'd need to bulk order 2000 of em. So they end up being about $8000 up front cost anyway. At which point i may just buy a machine and do it myself lol.

If we know someone with access to discounts or an embroidery machine hook me up with them and I'll see if we can get a deal.

And i know it says Milsim right now, but that's because i wanted it to say "Woodsball Division" in the big gaping space in the bottom. I wanted it to say woodsball because then the emblem patches for speedball and/or xball would say "speedball" or "xball"

Im still working on it, and the nameplates are coming along too. i can do them in basic woods camo, desert camo, urban, snow, and (possibly) a digi camo.

Name plate patches are cheap as shit beause they would all say TECH PB or PUNKWORKS and they would be maybe 1.5 inches and 50% embroidery so they're like under $6 if i only buy 20. If i but the bulk 2000 kit each is $.32 lol.

I'll ask the Operator Group sites where they had their patches made up. They sold their patches in the $6-8 range and they are top quality. If you look in my sig, you can see the OSF patch, which isn't exactly a simple design.

The Operator Group sites get their patches from a site called Stadri Emblems. It looks like for the patches to be decently priced, we'll need a minimum order of 50+. I hear they're really respectable.

Even though it is hard, someone should try and make an X-7 shadow for #1, I would, but I'm artistically challenged, lol. #2 looks great, and I'd be interested in a Tech PB Headwrap.

i would, but im just sooo lazy, i'll get around to it eventualy and probably get em both printed if we get money, so people can choose the mil-sim gun, or the easily recognizable paintball gun.

Don't forget that whatever designs you guys go with that about 50 people need to like it enough to buy it as well. Otherwise they'll be too expensive.

that's exactly why I'm not going to get any of them made until either we get orders or i find a way to make some cash and can sell them at PB events, or mail them to mike and cockerpunk and they can sell them (Tech PB/Punkworks respectively)

Any news on the patches?

A rectangular patch with the TechPb logo would be all I'd want.

If ya'll wanted me to, I could try and design several variants for us. I don't think it'd be too much of a problem

DDM - i was talking about the punkworks ones actially, so your smart ass comment just failed.

what I am saying is give TechPB time, it isnt a retail store :)

I agree. I have seen so many requests for Tech Pb stuff. Lets just chill out and let mike do his thing. He needs money yes, does he do all this work for it? no. I believe the jersey's/t-shirts are fine, also Stickers mike serve as close to the same purpose, maybe not on your clothing though.
