T2 acting strange

Ok so the last few times iv had my ccm t2 out on the feild it's been acting funny.
My set up is my t2, 68/45 (low pressure output), and either a rotor or grav feed.
Problem #1 - when I get on the AT the first 4 shots are good then the velocity drops like crazy. Like the paintballs barely roll out the barrel.
My thinking is that the low pressure output might be the cause but tried it with a hp tank and same thing.
Problem #2 - happened after problem 1. My velocity keeps spiking. Like I shoot 270-270-308-245 and it starts to jump. But now my AT is fine. Like no shots dropping.
Neither problem happens at the same time. It's one or the other. Any ideas?

sweet spot the reg.
And make sure you aren't getting partial rollouts.

Are you adjusting via the IVG or the regulator?

1.Service reg/sweet spot
2.reset ivg and chrono
3.time you AT its possible its off and causing air to go up the feedneck causing a decrease in velocity.

Haven't changed anything. It's all from the factory. It chrono'd 275 perfectly my first few times using it and I never changed it.
Ivg is at the back of the marker? Like the lower tube ?

yes, back it out until its flush.
then turn it 1.5 turns in and adjust your regulator until it peaks (aka sweetspot it)
and set your velocity with your IVG.

note that the plastic thing at the very end of the lower tube is cosmetic
