i think i just found my new woodsball footwear

They are nice, but I have bad ankles, I'll stick with my Adidas GSG 9.2's for the high ankle support.

FOr anyone looking for good footwear for getting traction i nthe dirt yet comfortable enough to run on cement, take a look though!

I am currently recovering from a fractured fibula and was looking for some good ankle support once i return to the field. Do you think the footware Mike posted will be safe enough or should go for something like your Adidas?

I prefer Cleats, but this is a great deal and I would recommend picking these up if you play lots of woodsball/scenarios.

I would look for something high ankle there sonic, if you step wrong with a low ankle boot like that and you have problems with ankle support it'll be a bad day. I really recommend Adidas GSG 9.2's to anyone who is looking for a light weight boot with great tread and don't break down. I've used and abused my GSGs for a year now and then just rinse em off when IM done and they are good as new. Super light weight, comfy fit and great support, they are worth the 150 bucks I paid.

Well ain't that grand. I just bought a new pair of boots yesterday for $60. Albeit they are pretty sweet boots.

Unfortunately for me, none of them seem to have a safety toe cap. Good for paintball--bad for construction sites.

Great find TechPB Mike.
I have a pair of HI Tech Magnum Cobra that I paid 85 bucks for that are the most comfortable boot I have ever worn.
But if you need a pair of low quarter those are great and at a great price.
I would buy them myself, but I am waiting on a pair of WW2 replica boots I bought last year for D-Day. But were too large.
Nunn Bush took them back after months past there no return date and has sent me a replacement pair at a smaller size.


A full boot doesn't mean there going to support your ankles. The worst sprained ankle I ever got was in a pair of paratrooper boots.
I would suggest if you have bad ankles, to wrap them with an ace bandage or ware a comfortable ankle support from a good company like Dr Scholz. Make sure you get the proper size for circulation.

Never been let down by a pair of magnums ive looked after, except for the laces thinking about it... the laces are gash... so watch out for that, get some paracord or something.
