I love the axe!! You can get them cheap now used just go used lol

but its all personal preference. Just buy one used if you dont like ti trade it or sell it for another one just keep doing that tell you find one you love!!

If you buy used you're buying someone else's problems. For me, that's not a big deal - I'm a gun tech. How are you at fixing DM's? If the answer is "I don't know" or "not very good" I'd buy a new axe.

This is true, if you don't know how to service your markers well and are not sure what to do if something is not working your best option is buy new. The axe are fantastic shooters for $450. One of, if not the, best triggers in paintball and the shot is great on them. Definitely has my recommendation.

If you don't want to buy used for fear of someone else's problems, the 2012 Alien Invasion is currently $500! Its IMO the best gun in that price range. I like it more than my brothers axe, and friends etha.

dm is the nicest of those. Unless you arent good at teching guns, then maybe going new would be better, but a dm isnt to difficult to fix

I would go dm10 from the options. Also check out vx'd clones. I just picked up a vx'd clone for $500 and its awesome.

I'd say DM. If not get a Used Etek 3 / 4. If you prefer woods I guess the Etha can't hurt as you can get a skin kit for it. And well an axe is also good.

I'm a fan of the AXE, no need to sink a ton of cash into them, they shoot good and they are super simple to tech....There's nothing to them internally. I've sold my Rapper and EGOs, and will have a VICE for sale pretty soon and I'm gonna just run my INFAMOUS AXE and my stock body black AXE this year.
