I personally like the Pmr alot better. Because proto has been around and knows what there doing. Im not saying invert doesnt know what there doing, but its their first gun. It depends on how you like the gun to feel in your hands. I dont like the mini because my hands are a little to big for it.

Hope this helped.

obviously u haven't shot a mini and are just using mikes opinions

I think the rail and the mini are both great guns, just play with both of them and whatever you feel comfortable with buy. i personally think the mini comes right of the box not needing any upgrades, while the rail needs a trigger, feedneck, back cap, barrel, right out of the box which i think is annoying.

I've just got an Slg and i like it more than any other gun i've ever shot....
and if you but a slg then you have $100 to spend on a tank or a mask or a barrel or something like that

:)

Yeah the first run of mini's had some troubles but with the new guns they have most if not all of the kinks worked out. Talking to lots of owners they love it and i shot one at my local field and its super light and tight and plenty fast for just about anyone.

Well I've had considerable playing time with the fusion, mini, and rail SE.

First, I like the rail, but even with the SE version, i just don't like it as much as the others. Everything feels too stiff, and the reg pisses me off, the macroline always spins around to whatever spot is least comfortable.

The fusion is a fantastic gun, everything feels right, and was done amazingly well for a newer company such as DP. Only real drawback is the board, no psp 3 shot it needs to be at a consistent shooting speed to ramp.

The mini wins by a small margin over the fusion. Its so small, with ALL ALUMINUM CONSTRUCTION. No lowering weight BS by making cheap plastic grips like proto does. The trigger is godly. It is the only gun within the price range that I have ever seen where I do not need to use a ramping mode. I can walk it on semi and hold it at about 17 bps, I'm not exaggerating the field chrono had a counter. The feedneck is a little finicky, but it clamps fine, so no worries. Also, not only there is no spinning around a macroline to annoy me, there is none at all! Yay! Programming is even easier than the proto board, and there are no eye wires to break. There is a secondary board between the grip and mainbody that the eyes are directly connected to. Angel spring loaded detents that last nearly a lifetime, unlike the rubber proto detents that last maybe 4 cases. Many cry about kick, but if you know how to hold a marker there is nothing to worry about. Also among the other little things is that it comes with a spectacular parts kit. Much much better than the proto kits.

Conclusion: Jump for the mini, if not, or you just have a beef against Invert, go fusion. Just dont bother with the rail Se plz its wayy overrated.

omg it's so simple! the rail and the mini stock vs stock are damn close, id say the mini is a bit better. But if you add upgrades into the mix, you will blow the mini away with your PMR. not only that, mini's have a shit-load of problems (I don't care if your specific 1 didn't). Dye has been making guns for a while now, they know what they're doing.

this is not a biased remark, cause I own a PMR, and my bro ownz a mini, ive used both quite a bit.

Stock vs Stock = MINI

Upgrades = PMR

mini > pmr
mini > slg
mini > g3
mini > fusions
mini > pmr se
however, used guns are nice too. but imo light fast efficient. some guns may beat it in one category but id take 2nd in every event rather 1st last last last last.

I've used my friends mini for a few games, I liked it more then my PMR. I'm about 5'9ish and the trigger felt great for me (for some reason I have smaller hands). It's really just personal choice. I've had a few problems with my PMR leaking so thats kind of a drop back for me.

Take a shit in the bitches living room with a note saying "get the guns back or it happens again". Cause after all, who wants to clean up a pile of shit in the middle of their living room...twice.

I think the Mini has better performance than the PMR, but it is small which can be a hinderance to us Big People in alittle world. However, the 09 Rail looks to smoke the mini. So, we'll have to wait and see.
