What size bore is a First Strike Round? and Is it better to under or over bore the barrel. I am in the process of making a custom First Strike pump and need to know what size barrel to get.

best barrel to get is 0.687. offers the best efficiency/consistency of the mixture.

hope this helps

So over the last year i build a custom bolt action out of an old spyder compact. Long story short I Milled a slot to fit FS rounds into the breach. I already have a CP 16 in 2pc barrel, so i figured to save money i would just buy a CP barrel back with spyder thread and still use my 16in tip. I am planning on getting a .682 because i have no detents, and.682 is under bore enough to still be able to use regular paintballs.... but im afraid .682 may be to small for the FS rounds... what do you guys think?
