Premium Membership Problem

On the 3rd of July, I received a bill for my Premium Membership, even though I had volunteerily renewed my membership via paypal (I can PM the transaction ID) in November of 2011.
Since the 27th (at least that's when I noticed it), I can no longer access the member's area.

If you're referring to the bill I received, I no longer have it. If you're referring to the email receipt I got from paypal, or the transactions details page, I'm not sure how I can forward an email or attach a PDF to a PM.

On the 8th, I PMed Slinkyaroo with more information about my payment (date/time, amount, paypal transaction ID, email address of recipient) and I offered to send a screenshot of my paypal transaction info. This was on the 8th, and I've not yet received a reply.
I'm hoping for two things:
That Slinky's okay and that only his workload here is preventing him from assisting me.
Maybe someone else can assist me in light of his workload?
