Since I've submitted a request on ordering parts, I've gotten responses from a few hours to a day at most. However, lately since I've paypal'd the money to the email i was given, i have yet to receive any confirmation nor response from the macdev support. It has been well over a week and I still have no confirmation of any sort. This is the first encounter with their cs and I am extremely disappointed. I have been in contact with them since july 18, stating i needed the parts for a tournament which was on july 24th. Up till now, i still have yet to get my parts.
