really i didnt know that many people still workes on them

Theres actually a huge number of people that rebuild, collect, and/or use old timmies. Thers a forum on "the other site" that is very active.

You can say PBN here Posted Image. Yeah on PBN the timmy forum is pretty active, also intimidator owners is good too.

Haha, just a touchy subject ya know?

To OP, if you get a Bob Long gun make sure you get a pressure tester too, it makes setting your LPR pretty much effortless.

Are these good tournament guns? Are they super heavy. Also How efficient are they?

Only 3lbs, and have all tournement board settings you could want....

IM9s are awesome, whether its the right gun for you is personal preference but I would take a Dye or Proto over DP any day.

Looks > Weight

Hahahahahahaha soooo true! Its not unbeariblly heavy, but its got some heft to it, although the looks far out weight the weight. (No pun intended.)

i dont want to offend any of the NME owners here.. but NME's has pretty shotty quality when they were still in production. Thats why they never got a huge following.
they were made with cheaper quality parts than timmies and most importantly, no board you can get for an NME is still in production. so if you ever have a problem, you're pretty much fucked in that regard.

it might not be a bad gun if you can keep it running, but honestly... why get one when you can just get a real intimidator for the same price?
