I order my headband on the 12th and its now the 23rd. and i was wondering when i should get it? They charged me on the 15th and when i clicked on "track" the package it didn't do anything. So i was wondering if anyone has ordered from then? if so how long did it take?

Kohn's shipping is shoddy. One of my friends who's a ref said he ordered one, waited a month because they didn't have the materials, shipping was delayed by a month, and they lost his order and almost made him pay twice.

We are working on a new system, moved to a new shop and things are slowly coming together!
Hopefully for the 2011 season we will be right on for our turnaround.
We understand it's our biggest issue and are working to fix the issues that cause it.
