reCAPTCHA

When I was registering you guys had a CAPTCHA implementation and it wasn't the reCAPTCHA system.
I know I'm a total nerd/geek and I know CAPTCHA's can be broken so why not use one that also helps the process of digitizing the text of books.

Did you guys not know about it or did you have problems with it or some thing?
