I'm fairly new to paintball in the respect of having all of my own gear, etc. I know this really doesn't count but I've played numerous times with rentals and always do well and I'm always trying to improve my play style. I live in Gloucester and predominately will be playing at The Swamp so if there is a airball/speedball/etc team that needs a noob let me know. I don't know much as I'm new to the scene but I like to learn new things and I'd love to be a part of your team. Already own all my own gear so no worries there and I have fairly reliable transportation. Thanks for your time.

You should play walk-on and get good. Then if you are ready you can get a team. You need some more experience first.
