DONT ORDER FROM ANS GEAR!

ANS GEAR IS A BIG PILE OF OVERATED SHIT, DO NOT!!! ORDER FROM THERE, I ORDER A OVERNIGHT SHIPPING OF A JERSEY, G6R INTIMIDATOR AND VARIOUS OTHER THINGS, IT CAME 3 DAYS LATER, IF THAT WASNT BAD ENOUGH IT CAME WITH A NOTICE THAT THE G6R WILL COME LATER IN AUGUST WHICH IS GOD KNOWS WHEN, AND ON TOP OF THAT I ORDERED A MEDIUM JERSEY AND GOT A F*&^ING LARGE INSTEAD AND THERES OTHER THINGS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT BUT THIS IS JUST THE BIGGEST, IF YOUR FRIEND SAYS ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE LIKE MINE DID DONT LISTEN! ITS OVERATED BY SO MUCH ITS A WAD OF BULLSH&#

maybe because the g6r you may have ordered was on back order? unless you had ordered one they have in stock. also when did you send your order to them?

Turn the caps lock off, explain what happened in something that isnt considering butchering the english language and be calm.

the G6R has been back ordered for months...you ordered one that has been in high demand, and about the jersey, just give them a call and they'll fix it.

You don't need to get all up in protest and telling people not to order from them. Your loss of business isn't going to impact them.

First of all, the G6Rs have been on back order for a while.

Secondly - to my knowledge - overnight shipping does not include order processing time, therefore it took three days. Even if ANS shipped it right away, it was UPS/USPS/Fedex's responsibility to deliver the package within the time payed for. ANS has no control over that.

Finally, if they messed up on shipping a medium jersey then all you have to do is give them a call and they will sort everything out. The number is 805-522-8700. This happens time to time with every popular company. More orders = more room for mistakes.

I have ordered from ANSgear before with no issues whatsoever, and they are one of my favorite online dealers.

Look man I live in Ontario, Canada. I ordered from ANS yesterday. I checked the order this morning on Fedex and it said it was in Canada. Thats not something I'm going to complain about California to Ontario in a night is amazing. Plus I have ordered a ton of stuff from them and they have never messed it up. Plus they have great customer service like mentioned above.

I've got over $3000 worth of orders purchased from ANS, and I've only needed to have one thing fixed with any of those orders. Even then their customer service was polite and prompt about getting it fixed.

I've never had a problem with them at all they even took back a part and gave me extra store credit when they sent me the wrong thing.

I have always had a great experience when ordering from ANS. They even called me when an item I had ordered was placed in backorder status right after I ordered it and offered to change my order. I would call that good customer service.

I have found ANSgear to be on the slow side of shipping, but that is no reason to flip out. I haven't problems with them, and believe me if someone is gonna have problems ordering something it is me. Posted Image
