Can you shoot fs through a flat line that would be pretty cool in my mind it seems like it would give it double the distance

The rifling would have to perfectly coincide with the spiral of the FS round, otherwise you would inevitably shred the fins.

Not true since the fins are not the widest part of the round, and therefore, they don't interact with the rifling of the barrel.

I don't think either of these Ideas would work for more distance. More spin on the round does not mean more distance, but maybe more accurate.

There's a reason US tanks with rifling don't have finned ammo, and british tanks with finned ammo do not have rifling.

Well I'm not sure where you got your research from but first strikes work extremely well with a rifled barrel made to match first strikes. The reason tanks with finned shells don't have rifled barrels is because the fins aren't curved. The first strike rounds are curved and are made to spin, tank shells are not made to spin. You're comparing apples to oranges here
