Me and a friend do this at least 1-2 times a week, and some running in there.
I was trying to follow the MARSOC 10 week regime, but time constraints and school don't allow me too.. but that's not the point.
So whats are your thoughts on this?
Its quite nice for functional strenght and some cardio. It mostly focuses on working with your own weight (like somehting else that i cant remember the name right now)
If anything, maybe suggest another video topic for us to do it on, he does the stuff, i do the filming and editing and try it on the side.
Please dont bitch on how this isnt the optimal paintball workout, blah blah.
Thoughts on it, suggestions?
Edit: We/I/He will be putting out another video, maybe like around Friday-ish when i finish editing it, its like 30 different types of push ups.
