any dow33 based lube will be fine.

if you just use oil itll just blow out of the gun if your orings arent perfect

Dow 33 grease. You don't really want to use oil on a spool. Use Dye lube or other Dow 33 grease like gog gr33se or Planet Eclipse grease.
