Anyone know a place that will do a good anodizing job? My Rail is going through a makeover and i need my hyper2 to be silver/clear dust

I don't know of any place local.. You'll probably have to send it out.
I've heard that Gruntbull Annodizing does amazing work. I've also heard of a few others here and there but never really followed up on anything.
If you happen to find someone local, please let me know!
