generally people go there with 5 people for a team, but no you dont need one. There are gonna be other people without a team and teams that need an extra player.

as far as level of play, will an intermmediate player like me get his ass kicked on a saturday?

not sure, I havent been there in a while. But you should be fine. But you learn by playing with better people, so just go and see yourself if you can stand your ground.

do it go sat theres go competition but nothin crazy. sunday is serious for teams so its tough to get on the field w/o a team
