Mq valve in an ego?

Is this even possible? I had an idea of trying to put an mq valve in a nexus 06 just cause of how damn good looking the milling is and the mq would make it ridiculously smooth. Possible at all?

I posted a thread about doing some modifications to PL Older bodied egos on the nation a while back. I got some pretty good answers. Ill link it to here for you tonight when I get home.
