Differences between High pressure and Low pressure tanks? If there is any video, show me the link

I would like to know the differences between high and low pressure tanks. I have an ion, and I'm planing on getting a new air tank. I just don't know which one will be better for my Ion.


P.S. i live in canada btw, if that makes any difference.

high pressure tanks out put pressure is around 900 psi, while low pressure tanks are around 450 psi. I suggest you buy a high pressure tank because you can use HP tank on almost every gun. with the exception of lp guns such as angels.
