Here's a cheat sheet for on the field board adjustments. I ripped this off from Mike's "Smart Parts SP-1 / Vibe Blackheart Shortcut Manual" and edited it for the eXTCy. The only changes are the addition of Billy Ball to fire modes and the led color change for FSDO.

Solid Red - Fire Modes
1 Uncapped Semi
2 Capped Semi
3 NXL
4 PSP
5 Millenium
6 CFOA
7 Auto Response
8 Select Fire
9 Burst
10 Full Auto
11 Rebound
12 Billy Ball

Solid Green
1 Classic
2 Delayed
3 Forced Delay

Solid Yellow - Dwell
Fast Blink Red - BPS Cap
Fast Blink Green - BPS Fine
Fast Blink Yellow - Burst Count
Slow Blink Red/Green - FSDO

Just copy and paste it into Word, set the font (with the font set at 5, I was able to fit it into my grip frame without folding it), print it, laminate it with packing tape, and put it in your grip frame.

I cant get the packaging tape to stick to the grips. Can we have some pics??

I laminated it by putting packing tape on both sides of the paper and pressing the tape together. Don't tape it to the grip, just lay it in the grip frame behind the battery.
