lens cleaning

does anyone know how to clean a mirror lens really really good without damaging it?

I don't have a mirror lense, but I have a JT Flex-8 and all I use is water in a spray bottle and wipe it with a rag and it looks brand new.
My Setup: Dangerous Power G3, Empire Prophecy, Ninja 50/45, 08 Empire Gloves, Dye C7 Pants/Jersey, Dye Beanie ;)

spray bottle of water and a micro fiber towle works good for me

Avoid paper towels at all costs! Try to avoid cleaning solutions, as water is fine. If you feel like spending a couple bucks it would be a good idea to pick up an approved lens cleaner and microfiber rag for the best cleaning!
