Hey guys, Slov here. I am in need of some help. I haven't played in a year sadly, and I am in need of some things. My t9.1 is expensive and he gear I need will cost a lot more also. So I need some help.

I am getting a pinokio again as well as a ninja, but that gives me very little room for a marker that is light, and efficient. I also need a vest and pack.

I haven't been up to date and I need some help big time. I am getting a job as we speak as I am able to work.

So maybe an Etha, or that new mid end macdev would work wih an apex . Heck, maybe an ego 11. Other than that, I just wanna enjoy before I sign onto the navy after highschool. Thanks!
Edit: I also need a good pair of cross trainers or tactical boots for living legends 5. I have heard, Oakley boots and merell cross trainers are good.

Play pump! That's what I'm doing so I won't burn through too much paint. If you want an electro, maybe nab an Etek on for for $300-$400? Just throwing out some ideas. Can't wait to see a fellow Indiana baller!

Used Etek1. Bullet broof, and you'll have money for paint.

If you're working, then going to the Navy after high skool, I'd save up and get a marker with amazing customer service, like an Axe or PE gun, either Ego or Geo. They have great warranties, which you may need if parts aren't readily accessible. The Ego is bulletproof reliable, air efficient, etc etc.

Oakley boots are great, price tho i think.

If you're going abroad, you can bring your paintball stuff (i think). My buddy has his hockey stuff shipped all over the world where he is going to be station, roller hockey and skates for ice lol, so a duffel with paintball stuff shouldn't be too hard to take with you.

I really really think you'll want a brand with a phenomenal warranty, that'd greatly influence my choice of marker.

Okay, I like the pe guns a lot. Which geo do you recommend? If I get an ego, it would be an ego 11

Edit: I will be deployed a lot most likely, and when income home from a tour, I have a few months to rest and train. So, would it be worth shipping it around?

Heck I would pick up a quest. For 200$ there a steal. Good efficiency and it's a spoolie. There is one floating around the b/s/t for I think 200.

Is due the only company with all stamps for play in countries? Why the rotor over the pinkio?

Because the rotor is smaller and you can get parts easier. If you're going to be arpund the world.

Scratch the etha. Get the etek 3 . More simple and cheaper

The Etha would be fine... It's simple enough and a bit better then the Etek in my opinion. And the Rotor is defenitely much smaller then the Pinokio, and just a solid rotor. They can take a lot of abuse and still work perfectly.

Nike Salbolier. Hands down my favorite shoe for paintball. Speedball, woodsball, scenario, I've gone through it in these boots. Trail boots are really lightweight and they breath so much better than normal boots. They also have great traction and grip. They feel like a pair of cross trainers on the feet and are about as light, but they offer a very stiff cuff to keep your ankles in place.

For a gun, old ego's are hard to beat, assuming your wanting an electro. I'm playing stock class

I use soccer cleats, i play so i have like a hundred pairs at home they get thrashed, as for a gun you can't go wrong with a used vice.

I am seeing the Etha as the way to go. Is the etek 3 bolt a slammer like egos before the ego 10?

Idk why you'd get an Etha/Etek 3 over an Ego11......seems kinda backwards? I'd take the Ego11 any day.

Kinda depends how you're getting deployed. My friends are at various bases around the world, so they go into the cities and play paintball. If you're gonna be on a ship it'd be pretty easy I think, just bring it with you. Ask a recruiter to be sure. I'd imagine as long as you're tank isn't aired up when on ship you'd be alright. Now if you're gonna be humping gear like Infantry, forget it lol Leave it all at home.

I'd like to have a lil slice of home/fun with me while I travel around the world. Especially when you hit port and get some free time. Who knows what might happen, or where you might find places to play, or the people you'll meet, or introduce to paintball. Could be good stuff Posted Image

because you are on a budget i would go with the z2 over the rotor, and if you are overseas where it will more than likely have radical temperature changes i would suggest the z2 because it will not jam. a dye throttle will have all of the stamps needed but it is a bit pricier tank. if you get the throttle i would put a ninja regulator on it personally as the dye ones are kinda shitty.

the etek is essentially an ego 8 and is pretty loud/kicky. the etha is a great choice and is backed by eclipse also they have tech support in the EU so you can get help easier if you are going to be stationed overseas. but if you are going to have disposable income and have the ability why not get an ego 11 and just hang onto it and use it for many years to come? again backed by PE.

i would highly suggest a good pair of rubber cleats for paintball. they provide much better traction and mobility than any hiking boot and more grip than any tennis shoe. you also will not get sore running around all day and CPX has hills and rough terrain which the cleats will help with. i personally use some underarmour cleats and they work fantastically for me. tons of traction and plenty of cushioning and protection. i have even gotten alot of bounces from the top of them being soo soft.
