4^th Annual Cancer Under Siege Benefit Sunday October 18, 2009

All money raised will be donated to the American Cancer Society. The Siege is donating 50% of the day’s entry fee and 15% of the day’s paint sales.



Mini G.I. Joe Scenario Game: Joe’s vs. Cobras entry $15

The scenario game will consist of two large teams battling it out on all of our outdoor fields (excluding airball, which will be available for regular play). Battle begins at 10:00 then a 10 minute break to switch sides at 11:15. Second half begins at 11:25 and ends at 12:40. Another 10 minute break and then a final full out battle for 10 minutes! Winning team gets 2 raffle tickets each.

Mini Mix Match Tourney entry $15

Sign up individually and we create the teams! Teams will be 3 or 5 man depending on participation. We will play the entire 3 hours, wrapping up the round that we are in at 4:45. First place team gets 5 raffle tickets each and their name and picture on the Mix Match trophy. Second place gets 2 raffle tickets each. Third place gets 1 raffle ticket each.

We will have a new T-shirt this year that is being designed by Concept Envy! To get the FREE T-shirt you must register by October 7^th (lead time required to have t-shirts made).

Silent auction and raffles

Tables will be set up all day for you to make your bids and drop you tickets in the raffle bins. Raffle tickets $1 each. Winners will be announced after the Mix Match.

Tickets will be available for sale beginning Wednesday September 30^th. $3 each or 4 for $10.

Crossroads Pizza & Subs

Pizza and subs from Crossroads will be available for purchase with all proceeds being donated.

Walk On Play

Walk on play is welcome all day. During the Scenario walk on’s will play on the airball field and during the Mix Match all other fields will be available.

Scenario meeting 9:45

Scenario 10:00 – 1:00

Lunch break 1:00 – 2:00 (all Mix Matchers need to check in by 1:30)

Mix Match Tourney 2:00 – 5:00

Wrap up raffles/auctions 5:00 – 6:00
