Looks like it is up to you to revive the Alaskan paintball movement! Or at least the Alaska sub-forum.

Cheers!

How many fields are there in alaska?

kinda, paintball is growing really rapidly here though. It is not looked badly upon, and sometimes the news does a report at a local field. Most people are really tech savy because they dont want to spend the money to send it out of state if their gun breaks so they figure it out them selves. Many more people are going, 2 of my teachers paintball. Once you can get passed shipping and having to play indoors for 6 months out of the year, it isnt all bad.

Not sure about growing. The biggest scenario game "D-day" drew about 130 last year. That's a slow slide from 200 over the last 5 years. Tourney ball peaked about 10 years ago. 20-25, 5 man teams would show for the major tourneys. Half a dozen teams would regularly fly down to play nppl, xpsl, psp or the big independent events.
Now we are lucky to see 10-12, 3 man teams out for tourneys. Wish it were better

good point, I guess it was just my view on paintball is expanding. I know that tourny ball is going down fast, but I have been seeing a lot more rec ballers now.
