ETEK 3 Velocity Trouble

I am Having trouble get my Velocity over 240. I have the LPR all the way out the HPR all the way out and it will not go over 240. I have Cleaned it and done everything i can do. I need to get my velocity to 300 for tournaments. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT.

Ok first do this for me:

Set your LPR to flush

Starting with your HPR all the way out, screw it in 3 1/2 turns.

Reset your board to factory settings: You do this by first going into setup mode (with tournament lock off and the marker off, pull and hold the trigger while turning it on) then resetting the board (while in setup mode, push and hold the tournament lock button for about 2 seconds until all the lights flash blue)

Take it to the range and test it.
