Z2 issue please help Don't know what happened

So after playing recball this weekend, nothing too crazy, towards the last 2 games of the day, my z2 wasn't feeding. I would turn it on and the motor wouldn't spin the tray. It just sat there. I tapped it to make it spin, but then it reads as a jam. I changed the batteries, nothing. Ive taken it completely apart, and it seems as though the motor isn't spinning. It wasn't subject to any major abuse this weekend, although the weekend of the 6th I did get down and dirty in a damp snake, when it had rained earlier in the day? did I comepletely fry my motor, or is there an easy fix?
I'm going to call Empire CS and see what they say

The board itself works though. I even got it into the programming mode and made sure all the settings were stock

do the board reset, hold left and right button then turn on and let it go through, thats what i did when mine went beserk and it worked fine after

Edit: nvmnd i found what you meant. Motor still wont spin

Make sure no wires are pinched, and all wires are connected to the board.
