Good price for VSC phantom+ bonus PGP questions

looking to start playing pump and found a used VSC phantom black and green acid wash and comes with a tstock. It only has some minor aesthetic wear and supposedly has no leaks or other issues. what would be a reasonable price for something like this? the guy is asking $300

Also as a side note i'm also considering getting a PGP, is $100 a reasonable price for that and any opinions on it would be appreciated.

Both are overpriced. The phantom is about 240 or less. The pgp, if it doesn't come with a valve tool or fast changer, should go for 80.
