Also, where is the that te story is supposed to take place? It doesn't seem like any placein the US.

well, Arcade fire is a indie band from Montreal, they recently won a grammy for the new album "the Suburbs" and they have good chill music.
I have their new album but have not had the chance to listen to it yet.
