I picked up a Ninja 68/4500 tank about a month ago and only play about 15 games with it. About 2 weeks ago I started noticing small cracks forming on the tank and didn't worry about it that much because of their size. But this saturday after I was done playing I was cleaning all my gear and noticed a lot of small cracks in my tank and im afraid of playing with it for the fear of it blowing up next to my face!
HELP!

They're just cracks in the clear coat, your tank is safe to use. If you don't like how they look, contact Ninja to get an RMA number so you can send it into the factory to get repaired.

As long as the fibers themselves aren't exposed or damaged, the tank is safe to use. The actual fibers are what give strength to your tank, and make it safe to use. The clear coat is nothing more than a cosmetic barrier, and to possibly help keep the threads safe. But it doesn't add any strength to the tank.

We apologize for this issue and let me assure you that the tank is safe to use. The outer layer of any carbon fiber tank is cosmetic and protective only. As long as the fibers are not damaged the tank is safe to use.

Because it is a ninja system we will get this corrected for you! Please go to this link;

http://www.ninjapain...m/warranty.html

Read the instructions, fill out the form and you will be able to print out a UPS label to ship it in for re work. The bottle manufacturer will get the tank corrected and ship it back to you ASAP via UPS at no charge to you!

If you have any other questions or concerns just let me know.

Take care,
