Hey TechPB I made a thread in the newbie forum, but that doesn't get much traffic so I put it here. I am having a problem with my prophecy, it will not turn on at all. But that isn't the only problem with the prophecy if I spin the force feed on the bottom I get an orange light, if I spin it again I get a blue one to accompany the orange one. So my question is can I fix it if so how, or am I stuck with a broken prophecy. I have tried fresh batteries. So don't say that it was obviously the first thing I was going to try.

Have you tried resetting the board, and made sure all wires are connected?

You can call and ask for a new board. The board on my Prophecy V2 broke and they sent me a new board free of charge. Your problem may not be as serious as that though, but that's always an option.

I forgot to put it in this thread but I do not know how to reset the board and all wires are connected because power is going to the board.

Yes the manual has nothing about a reset
