Not sure what your activity is like in the chat but you don't seem to be very active around the forums, I'd say no for now.

Seen you in the chat a few times... But other then that, don't know who you are... Can't sa I support this... I would spend more time on the forums helping new players out and answering questions you are familiar with..l as for the chat room, become a regular member and establish yourself as an irreplaceable member...

I agree with the others. This is the first time I've seen you on the forums, I don't visit chat very often so I can't say anything about that. I'm a no.

I say yes. Always helpful in the chat room, but rarely around in the forums. Work on that and maybe it'd be a definite. :)
