You have to keep in mind that this more about what he can do for techpb, not paintball. Granted his experience is limited but that doesn't mean he can't moderate the b/s/t to make sure rules are being followed or other sections of this site.

Looks like a good guy to me and I haven't heard complaints about him, I would vote yes.
