FEP Quest Lubes

Any Dow 33 type lube should be fine. Hater Sauce V1 and V2 are used by most Quest owners but you'll be fine using SL33K, Dye lube, etc. Some Dow 33 lubes are a lot slicker than others and react differently to temperatures so you'll need to experiment a little on how often you lube your marker. I've used SL33K and Hater V1 and V2. Currently I use Hater Sauce V2 on all my Quests. I tend to lube my markers after every case of paint.
DO NOT use DOW55 as that causes your orings to swell. DO NOT use gun oil on your bolt and bolt pin...use lube only.
HATER SAUCE FTW!

DOW Corning is the company that makes that grease, and 33 and 55 are the grease type numbers they use to classify them. DOW 33 is DOW Corning grease #33.
A lot of paintball manufacturers buy DOW Corning grease, color it, and then repackage it at a premium. So, yes, any DOW 33 type of grease will work just fine.

Gerber, Surefire, TOPS, and Cold Steel all suck the big one. Buy quality products, not junk. :-)

Don't see why not. Yea may have to experiment on whether or not you'd need to lube it more often than other lubes. Best bet after a day of balling or a least one case of paint. Relube your bolt pin and bolt.

Rule of thumb with quest that really don't care what you lube them with, but they need a lot of it. so just remember to relube every case or some.

Will hater marmalade work okay with my new quest?
YES I use it and you will not need to lube it as much as with hater sauce as its thicker

What about lurker lube? and with lurker do you still need to re-lube every case?

Basically you'll need to observe how your Quest performs when trying other lubes. Is there a decrease in efficiency? Consistency? This could be signs that your bolt may need to be re-lubed.
Pull out your bolt and bolt pin and take a look at it after shooting a case. You can tell if your bolt needs lubing because it's either getting dry and also the lube has a "dirty" look to it.
Personally rarely shoot a case of paint a day so I just lube my bolt after every play.
